ABOUT US

HomeCorp was founded in 1988 by a dedicated group of community volunteers who saw the need to preserve affordability in Montclair. Since then, HomeCorp has developed nearly 200 units of affordable rental and owned housing in Montclair. HomeCorp's housing counseling department assists nearly 200 households annually with achieving housing goals.

Our amazing team, staff, and board of trustees are committed to creating and preserving affordable housing in Montclair, NJ.

While we don't have the ability to store goods, sometimes our tenants can benefit from your gently used furniture. If you have a potential furniture donation, you can email propertymanagement@homecorp.org. We'll ask you for a picture and dimensions, and we'll try to match you with a new or existing tenant!
